Our niche is lending against income-producing properties where we are typically first mortgage recourse lenders. We offer a full spectrum of short- and long-term loans at competitive fixed or variable rates for most types of commercial real estate projects. Principal products include lines and letters of credit and fixed and floating rate loans for a wide range of investment properties, including facilities for the acquisition and adaptive re-use of retail, multi-family, residential, office and hotel properties.
Our niche is lending against income-producing properties or multi-tenanted properties, including mixed-use, multi-family residential and retail properties. However, we will entertain loans secured by a wide range of real estate collateral.
